Patrick has been using the Oracle Database for over 20 years, starting as a developer before migrating towards Database Administration.He is based in Hong Kong where he is a co-founder of the Hong Kong Oracle User Group and he blogs at jolliffe.hk. He has presented at usergroup conferences in Poland, Slovenia, Croatia and India and also at HOTSOS Symposium.
